Pricing
All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include 17.5% VAT on adult clothing and homeware and 0% VAT on children's clothing. Frank & Faith reserve the right to alter prices and withdraw offers without notice.
Online Payment Options
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch and Solo.
If you elect to pay using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process. These details are encrypted before sending and are only ever stored in this encrypted format. We will only charge your card on the day goods are dispatched.
Availability
Some items are more popular than we predict, and as such availability of an individual item can on rare occasion be misrepresented on our website. Of course, we work hard to ensure that if we list an item as ‘In Stock' then this is the case. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and where possible we will offer you an alternative.

Distance Selling Regulations
Customers in the European Union have the right under law to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days. This period starts the day after the item is received by you. To cancel your purchase within these 7 working days, please use the return mailing label at the bottom of your dispatch note.
